Through a
new program, YEIDA is accepting applications for plots in 5 categories for the
construction of educational institutions and universities in Greater Noida.
The Uttar
Pradesh government has proposed a new scheme for the sale of unoccupied
properties in order to establish Greater Noida as an educational centre, in
keeping with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's goal. For five different types
of plots in Sectors 17-A and 22-E, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development
Authority (YEIDA) has issued an application call.
Plot
premiums have been set at between Rs 111 and Rs 174 crore under this process,
which began on September 28. The processing cost has been set at Rs 5500 plus
GST rates.
With this,
the government hopes to make Greater Noida a center for education while also
making Uttar Pradesh the nation's economic engine and home to an economy worth
$1 trillion.
Facilities
of the highest caliber will benefit investors.
It is
noteworthy that Greater Noida will provide excellent facilities to investors
who want to establish universities and educational institutions here by
purchasing the plots due to its proximity to The Jewar Airport, International
Film City, Yamuna Expressway, Buddha Circuit, improved connectivity, and the
Pod Transit System?India's first project of this caliber?are all examples of
modern infrastructure.
To apply for
a plot in this project, interested parties have until October 27, 2023. For
additional details, they can visit the YEIDA website.
Ranges
from Rs 9,141 to Rs 12,158 per square meter.
The
University Plots Project's vacant plots are described in detail on the YEIDA
website, including their area, sector, rate of allotment per square meter, and total
premium.
For plotting
number 11 of 1.21 lakh square meters in Sector 17-A of Greater Noida, the rate
allotment per square meter has been set at Rs 9141. This has the lowest total
premium, which has been set at Rs. 111.27 crore. The total premium for the two
plots, each measuring 2.05 lakh square meters, has been set at Rs 174.38
crore.
The total
premium for two plots totaling 1.05 lakh square meters has also been set at Rs.
128.13 crore for each plot.
YEIDA
and Bank of Baroda collaborate
The Bank of Baroda
and YEIDA have partnered on this project, and the Bank of Baroda will take part
as a banking partner in the project to manage the application and banking
operations.
It is interesting that there is less room for human intervention whether industrial sites are auctioned out or decisions are made by drawing. In this approach, all Industrial Development Authorities, including YEIDA, are using this system to assess whether applicants are successful.
