With 50 stories, the Godrej Madison Avenue project is expected to become the largest residential tower in South India owned by Godrej Properties.
On January 13, Godrej Properties announced the opening of Godrej Madison Avenue, their first project in Hyderabad, which is expected to have a booking value of ₹1,300 crore.
With 1.2 million square feet of saleable space and premium residential apartments in 3- and 4-bedroom configurations, the project is set on three acres of land.
