Kumar, CEO of the Greater Noida Authority, recently met with CREDAI
(Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India) members to
discuss the issue and assure them that a policy would soon be implemented.
The Noida and Greater
Noida Authorities have recently issued strong warnings to builders regarding
their unpaid fees, which has raised worries from both developers and potential
homebuyers in the area. This is related to the Greater Noida registry dues

The CEOs of the Noida
and Greater Noida Authorities have been encouraged to take into consideration
waiving the penal interest on the outstanding balances by the real estate
