In India, Tribeca Developers intends to invest ₹7,000 crore in four additional Trump-branded buildings

In 2025, Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organization's authorised partner in India, intends to open four more real estate projects using the Trump name.

Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organization's licensed partner in India, has announced intentions to invest between ₹6,000 and ₹7,000 crore in four additional Trump-branded real estate projects in India, which are scheduled to open in 2025. On March 19, Tribeca Developers announced that three of their projects would be residential, while one would be a commercial office block in Pune.

"The investment is ₹1,700 crore for the commercial office project in Pune," stated Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers. This does not imply that we are joining The Trump Organisation in making investments. Instead of investing cash, they put their knowledge and brand into luxury. With Pune-based Kundan Spaces, we are working on the Trump-branded office complex in Pune, and we will split the investment and profits between the two of us."

The ₹1,700 crore investment in the Pune project will be financed by debt, equity, and sales proceeds. Three further residential projects under the Trump name, all scheduled for 2025, will also be revealed in the upcoming months. Mehta went on to say that the anticipated total investment for these four projects is between ₹6,000 and ₹7,000 crore.

Mehta stated that both North and South India will see the announcement of the three new home projects.

"We continue to search for opportunities, but there has been no announcement on the Mumbai real estate market as of yet. The three further residential project announcements that are currently in the works are for North and South India," Mehta continued.

The Trump Organization's first commercial office project in India is called Trump World Centre.

According to Tribeca Developers, the Trump World Centre would be built on a 4.3-acre tract of land along North Main Road in Pune's Koregaon Park Annexe. The project will include retail and commercial office space in two 27-story towers totalling 1.6 million square feet.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Pune-based Kundan Spaces and Tribeca Developers, The Trump Organization's licensed partner in India.

The only commercial office project in India to be announced under the Trump brand is the Trump World Centre. Tribeca Developers informed HT.com on March 19 that although the company has a number of residential projects in the works, any potential commercial development will be assessed closer to the Pune project's completion.
