The site was purchased by
Gurugram-based M3M for ₹400 crore under the Noida Authority's auction system.
For ₹400 crore,
Delhi-NCR-based M3M India purchased a 24,000 square meter land along the Noida
Expressway through the Noida Authority's auction program. According to a
statement released on January 23, this is the company's third project in Noida.
According to a statement from
the corporation, the overall revenue potential from these projects is expected
to surpass ₹12,500 crore.
"Noida is quickly
becoming a well-known location for real estate development. By making
significant investments, generating jobs, improving lifestyles, and enabling
extensive infrastructure development, we have met the pledges made at the Uttar
Pradesh Global Investors Summit 2023," stated Pankaj Bansal of M3M India.
Due to this most recent
acquisition, M3M's total development footprint in the area will reach 7.5
million (75 lakh) square feet, with over 6 million (60 lakh) square feet
already under construction in Noida.
To further boost the local economy, the development will provide jobs for some 15,000 people in a variety of industries, including suppliers, contractors, construction workers, and logistics partners.
