DLF launches a commercial property in Gurugram and
a low-rise township in Panchkula, with a revenue target of Rs 1,400 crore.
"Central 67" in Gurugram is a
commercial planned development with shop-cum-office plots spread across 8.6
acres in Sector 67, whereas "The Valley Orchard" in Panchkula is a
low-rise township spread around 15.83 acres.
DLF Limited, a publicly traded real estate developer,
has announced the launch of a commercial plotted development project in
Gurugram and a low-rise residential township in Panchkula, both in Haryana,
with a combined revenue estimate of more than Rs 1,400 crore, according to a
senior executive at the company.
The "Central 67" Gurugram project is a
commercial planned development with shop-cum-office (SCO) plots spanning across
8.6 acres in Sector 67, Gurugram. According to Aakash Ohri, Joint MD and Chief
Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, the Panchkula project is a
low-rise township called "The Valley Orchard" that spans 15.83 acres.
Both projects cover approximately 25 acres in
total. "
Central 67 is a commercial development project with
75 plots that is completely sold out. The project is estimated to generate
roughly Rs 750 crore in revenue. "We are offering 400 units in 'The Valley
Orchards' project, with an expected revenue of around Rs 700 crore," Ohri
added.
He also stated that the first phase of "The
Valley Orchards," which included 350 units, was already sold out. It will
be a four-story building with a ground floor. "We will bring 70 more units
in the project's later stages." The project's entire development area is
1.1 million square feet. "We will also soon launch another residential
project in Panchkula," according to Ohri.
"The Valley Orchard" project offers 3BHK-plus-study and 3BHK apartments in blocks of four independent levels, each with a basement, a stilt, and four independent floors. According to him, the project is located in the Shivaliks mountain range's foothills and overlooks the Kaushalya River.
