Around Diwali, during the festive season, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is expected to announce a housing programme. According to people with knowledge of the development, the project is expected to sell over 30,000 homes across several categories, including penthouses and SHIG (super high-income group) flats in addition to more reasonably priced options. These apartments are located in places like Dwarka, Narela, and Vasant Kunj, among others.

According to the sources, the housing project is expected to be introduced on a first-come, first-served basis around Diwali.

The project's units would be situated at Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Dwarka (sectors 19B and 14), and Narela. Additional sites may be added after it is formally launched.

According to our sources, the housing proposal would have apartments for all income levels, from luxury units to those reserved for the economically disadvantaged (EWS). Flats for the SHIG, HIG (high-income group), MIG (middle-income group), LIG (low-income group), and EWS are probably part of the plan.
