Ajit Abraham Isaac, Quess Corp's chairman and founder, just purchased
Bengaluru's most expensive property. The 10,000-square-foot site in
Koramangala's third block, often known as "billionaire street," is
valued at Rs 67.5 crore. According to reports, this transaction has set a new
milestone in the city's real estate market.
According to the Economic Times, Arvind and Geeta Reddy, the former
owners of the plot, sold the location. The most expensive property deal in
Bengaluru is valued at Rs 70,300 per square foot. This is more than the
previous closing in the region, when TVS Motors paid Rs 65 crore for a
9488-square-foot property at an effective rate of Rs 68,508 per square foot.
It's unknown what Ajit Abraham Isaac intends to do with the property, although
conjecture is that he may reconstruct it for personal use or as an investment.
Two years later, Ajit Abraham Isaac paid Rs 52 crore, or Rs 58,000 per
square foot, for a 9,507-square-foot bungalow in the same site. Brijesh R Wahi,
an NRI resident in Singapore, is said to have sold the property, which was
registered on June 18, 2021.
According to brokers, the third block in Koramangala is the most
expensive of the six due to the larger plot sizes and the presence of
billionaires. Because of its location, it is known as "billionaire
street" and is home to several renowned businesspeople, including Infosys
founders Nandan Nilekani and Kris Gopalakrishnan, Devi Shetty of Narayana
Health, and Binny Bansal, the former founder of Flipkart.
Sudha Murthy, former head of Infosys Foundation and Rajya Sabha MP, also
bought a property in this project in June 2020 for Rs 28 crore.
Ajit Abraham Isaac was instrumental in propelling Quess Corp. to its
current position as India's leading supplier of business services. The
Bengaluru-based firm was started in 2007 and has now expanded to 644 locations
across India, Southeast Asia, and North America.
