The flats are at Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, Siraspur,
Narela, Jasola, and Dwarka and have 40 High Income Group (HIG) flats and 50
Middle Income Group (MIG) flats, respectively.
NEW DELHI: As part of its
Phase IV Housing Scheme, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is preparing to
open registration for 5500 apartments on June 30 at 12 p.m. The apartments are
distributed across the following areas: Jasola (40 HIG flats), Dwarka (50 MIG
flats), Lok Nayak Puram, Rohini, Siraspur, and Narela. Along with Low Income
Group (LIG) and Economic Weaker Section (EWS) apartments, Narela has 149 MIG
apartments. No matter the type of flat applicants request, there will be a Rs
1000 registration fee. The payment is not transferable.
Buyers will then have a window of 4 to 5 days to tour the model apartments on either side and make a reservation for their chosen apartment. A website will also be developed to make reservations for the apartments online.
