According to reports, the flat was sold to Shivaya Cinewise Private Limited and includes nine parking spaces.

 

The property transaction was registered on October 10. According to insiders, the transaction cost ₹1.32 crore in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration taxes.

 

The structure is located in Khar West, near the Gymkhana Club and other locations such as Carter Road, Bandra Bandstand, and Pali Hill, which are home to various Bollywood stars such as Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Ranbir Kapoor.

 

An inquiry has been submitted to Arpita Khan Sharma.

 

According to local brokers, the block has three and four-bedroom flats. Prices for these units range from ₹60,000 to ₹70,000 per square foot.
