for the first year would be Rs. 1.5 lakh, and it will rise to Rs. 1.57 lakh in
the second year and Rs. 1.65 lakh in the third.

Amitabh Bachchan leased four office spaces in the Lotus Signature building in
Oshiwara to Warner Music Pvt. Ltd. for Rs. 17.30 lakh per month, with an
increase to Rs. 19.90 lakh after 36 months. Bachchan bought the office units for
Rs. 28.73 crore in September 2023.
Bachchan will receive Rs. 2.07 crore in annual rent under the terms of the lease, rising to Rs. 2.38 crore in the fourth and fifth years.
