two residential buildings, M3M Heights and M3M Flora68, and one commercial
project, M3M Skylofts, totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet, were
completed in the first part of FY23?24 in Gurugram.

studio apartments at M3M Skylofts, which is situated in Gurugram's Sector 71
next to the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR).
