SCC Builders Pvt Ltd, which was founded in 2004 by two ordinary but driven people, has now attained unprecedented success. SCC Group, one of the leading real estate companies in India, has a number of respectable names on its roster. When Vinod Goswami, CMD of SCC Group, teamed up with Vipul Giri, CEO of SCC Group, and set the groundwork, the showcase of home development was born. One of the organization's two main pillars, Mr Vinod Goswami, had extensive experience in material trade and transportation. When his hands merged with Mr Vipul Giri's skilled hands, a charismatic company known as SCC Builders was created. The idea was to realise two initiatives: "Home That Makes Your Lady Happy" and "A Home for All," which was an initiative of the Government of India. The purpose of shopping arcades was to serve customers who wanted a trendy place to go shopping and hang out.

SCC Group has established five projects that demonstrate its prominence to date. Our projects have been developed in the Delhi and NCR areas. Our premier housing developments, "SCC Heights" and "SCC Sapphire," are located on the banks of the Hindon River. Two of our well-developed commercial projects are "SCC Arcade" and "SCC BIZ Plaza."
